Photographer's Note

A bit further along the temple's base, there is more relief sculpture in stucco, but attenuated through the passage of time. On the left, there is a scene of surrender with a captive on a palanquin held by the hair. For him, death, and ritual bleeding awaits. Then there are the lower limbs of two individuals - who and what they are doing cannot be determined. The sculpture in this photograph is probably of an earlier date than in yesterday's upload.
