Photographer's Note

Zacatlan is a town of 76 000 inhabitants, located at 2010 metres above sea level and founded in 1824. Its name means "land of grass", from Nahuatl words zacatl (grass) and tlan (place, site, land). The Nahuatl was the language of the Aztecs.
The main crop are apples, so here are produced ciders and sodas.
There are also two or three factories of watches.
