Photographer's Note

Here we have a collage of downtown St. John's, the capital city of Newfoundland.

I thought i'd go with a close up, showing the brightly coloured homes and a couple of significant landmarks.

The triangular building at the top left is a recently new Museum called 'the rooms', the large church at top right is the Roman Chatholic Cathedral Basilica built in 1855. At that time, it was one of the largest building in all of North America.

I could have panned out to show a more wide angle view, but i thought the colourful collage would be interesting.

Have a great day!
