Photographer's Note

This is the northeast corner of the fort that accommodates an area that I would call the inner fort. If the outer walls were breached, the defenders could retreat to the safety of its enhanced fortifications. In terms of size, the inner fort approximates 30 x 35 metres. This view is to the west.
