Photographer's Note

Here are young gazelles, probably from East Africa. These constitute the largest population in Africa, with two sub-species: Thomson's Gazelle with the largest numbers and Grant's Gazelle. In terms of size, the Grant's Gazelle is larger than the Thomson's. These are among the fastest animals on the planet, but I doubt they do much running here in the Wildlife Park at Al Ain. The gizmo on their ears is a tracking device.
