Photographer's Note

Springboks are one of nine sub-species of gazelle, indigenous to southern and southwestern Africa. They are capable of going for months without water as they derive their moisture from succulents. They are well adapted to life in desert conditions. Photographed at the Wildlife Park in Al Ain.
