Hallo, Georgy.
This is a beautiful place, but I do not think this version of your photo is so evocative as the original. However, it is possible to improve it by using the shadow/highlight tool in Photoshop. I have done a WS to bring up the bright golden colours of the moor while keeping the contrast in the clouds and retaining the sharp silhouette of the hills.

The workshop that was posted is the best of the lot.

This one does look a wee bit washed out.
