Photographer's Note

One final image from my Richmond Park series. I printed this one out the other day and took a much better liking to it than previously seeing it in hard copy (which we so rarely do nowadays with digital).

This was truly an amazing day in Richmond Park that I will forever remember...

Probably my last posting for a little while - so until then, Happy Holidays!

Amazing picture, very good angle. The colourful sky is nice and the fog in the center is looking very good as it is giving the final touch to the upper sky and the foreground tree.

Great composition and framing here. The tree off set to the left is brilliant. The mist has been caught very well indeed. Can't believe it's Richmond Park, it looks like the deepest countryside.

Hello Cora,

Of course, there are many reason which make the picture. The almost lack of color, the mist, the silhouettes and the place of the tree.. Combined, these assets work out an excellent image.

Hi Cora,
Beautiful photo with, like the title says, very soft light. The photo has a very nice warm atmosphere and beautiful pink tones. The dark silhouette of the tree completes the photo.

Moody shot cora, well made and composed with the offcentered, well choosen placement of the tree. Fine silhouetted effect of the details, the mist adding a little extra as the ducks in the water. Well done this one!

This is a lovely image. It is almost monotone, but there are very nice pinkish colour tones in the sky. I like the way you composed the shot, with the tree leaning into the picture. There is something about lone trees in the landscape that is very appealing visually. Sounds like you had a great day at Richmond.

A minimal of colours and a beautiful light in this well composed picture, a peaceful mood, I can imagine, that you will remember this....
