Jagnje na raznju.
U Srbiji za slavu pece se prase ili jagnje.
U velikim porodicama gde ima mnogo gostiju, peku prase i jagnje.
Snimak sam nacinio kod komsije u kos muzej koji sam vam prikazao, gde ima pekara za pecenje koju koristi za svoje potrebe.
Pekara je uradjena u starom narodnom stilu gradnje sa crvenim ciglama i ognjistem gde se lozi drvima od kojih ostane zar na kome se vrsi pecenje.
Razanj ima elektricni motor koji ga polako okrece dok se pece.
Pecenje ispeceno na ovaj nacin vrlo je ukusno.

In Serbia, per la gloria di pece un maiale o di agnello.
Nelle famiglie numerose dove ci sono molti ospiti, arrosti di maiale e agnello.
Ho fatto la registrazione presso i vicini Blackbird nel museo che ho presentato, in cui un forno per la cottura, che viene utilizzato per le vostre esigenze.
Bakery è presentata nel vecchio edificio in stile folk con i mattoni rossi e legno camini vigne dove i cui resti sono dove la cottura è fatto.
Rye ha il motore elettrico che gira lentamente, mentre la pece.
Cottura al forno in questo modo è molto gustoso.

Dans les grandes familles où il ya de nombreux invités, rôti de porc et d'agneau.
J'ai fait l'enregistrement à des voisins Blackbird dans le musée que j'ai présentées, le cas d'une boulangerie pour la cuisson, ce qui est utilisé pour vos besoins.
Boulangerie est faite dans l'ancien bâtiment de style folk avec des briques rouges et de bois cheminées vignes où les restes de ce qui est le cas de la cuisson est terminée.
Rye est le moteur électrique qui tourne lentement tandis que le pece.
Cuisson au four de cette façon est très savoureux.

I made the recording at Blackbird neighbors in the museum which I have presented, where a bakery for the baking, which is used for your needs.

Da je prasetina na ražnju kompozicija bi bila mnogo ubedljivija.
Ne jedem jagnjetinu te zamalo da ti ostavim rad neocenjen.
Ipak kamin i varta zaslužuju sve pohvale.
Odlične boje i kontrast.
Lepo vođenje svetlosti.
Odličan rad sa finim propratnim tekstom.

Hello Paja, Roast lamb on the spit is very popular here in Australia with the Greeks especially ar Easter time, I see many carrying one complete lamb on the shoulder. Now I'm a little hungry, buon appetito.

Interesting detail of the old style fireplace.
In Portugal we do the same, but it is more usual with small pigs (also in industrial fireplaces).

Hello dear Pavle,one more tradition that is common in our countries. We roast the lamb the same way and it is so very tasty. There are places that they serve just roasted lamb and people used to go out every Sunday and have a great family dinner.
