This crenellated strong wall does not belong to a medieval castle. It is the church of Santa Maria Maior, better known as Sé de Lisboa or Lisbon Cathedral [click for info], in the area of Alfama.
This POV is from the street of Cruzes da Sé, the same of the A cold winter day shot.
In the workshop #2 I try a Stegade POV [click for José Pires (stego)'s shot of the Cathedral].
In the workshop #1 you see poor quality zooms of the gargoyle.
