Bia³y Gr±d (The nature trail – White high mountain pasture), Biebrza National Park– PODLASKIE, POLAND
Biebrzañski the national park was created in 1993 r. in the objective of protection most extensive in Poland and for Centre Europe of peat bogs, put along the Biebrzy river. He is a biggest and longest national park in our country. He is filling 59223 ha and the distance between his edges is an almost 100 km. The park is stretching out from Biebrzy sources, including almost a whole river all the way to walking to Narwi.

It isn't only a river, to stop this place, in whom you can still fall into a reverie... to fall in love. Here, like in other national parks, you won't come across touring crowds, and by it all along the way you can come across silence and the peace. Outings will be enough with evening to the pier with a view in Burzynie or Brzostowie and to let birds and eyes carry oneself. And eyes will carry you far, until the horizon of bogs of the Bench and Red. But remember - you aren't at home. Be vigilant. You are a guest on ancient peat. If you understand it, the river will forgive you invading and he will reveal his secrets before you. Secrets only of such a valley. And then hold your binoculars to the hand, apparatus, water in the canteen and move. And even if you will miss to the climate of the life, still here you will come back, for instance for in order to meet then again with the old elk, the sobbing eaglet or the bleating common snipe. If of these reasons little, it will pull you here again smell of the peat smoke, spinning from country coal-burning stoves. Smell who will go behind you everywhere...

And so I am inviting to the reconnaissance to the White high mountain pasture above Biebrz±.
The nature trail – White high mountain pasture.
The path leads from the village M¶cichy causeway to the camping and lookout tower on a dry mineral elevation called White high mountain pasture. The path length is 3.2 miles one way, the return is the same way.
