Borgo Cerreto – Cerreto di Spoleto – (PG)
Borgo Cerreto is located 357 meters above sea level, it was built in the fifteenth century, at the confluence of the Nera and Vigi rivers, as a fortified commercial village of the castle above Cerreto, around some pre-existing religious buildings, already occupied by the Benedictines who had the monasteries of San Paterniano and San Basso, the latter then sold to the Franciscans.
