How to say to you... :) the program announced on the paper had the very practicable air.

Ste Marie Majeure, the Coliseum, the Forums (and I forget it because on my initial list I also had the Thermal baths of Caracalla, and St Jean de Latran, in other words about which I dreamed quite awakened!)

Arrived at the planned point 10:00 am. Seen impeccable timing all that it remained to make.

I believed I could not bring in... Besides the fact that there was a celebration this day, I had no dress adequate.

Yes I shall have had to think of it, the pair of shorts and the T-shirt with braces that does not pass in churches, especially with a lad who leaks out and who obliges everybody to get dressed.

I thus entered by the exit there or nobody watched.°-0

I thought of finding a little of freshness in this immense church after this long walking. If you read well the beginning of the note, there was celebration.

And it would seem that in Italy, that is a little as in the Antilles... Believers of everywhere, who sing and know the missal perfectly!

A break pigeon* later, we left for the continuation of our trip, under a magnificent sky, certainly, but under a hot heat!

*There was photo but that will be for later!

Tres chouette ca, une image bien cadree et redressee et surtout le fameux TerrorBlueSky (tm), tu vois avoir le caillou qui va bien ca aide a tout faire rentrer, pour le moment c'est la meilleure de ta serie romaine.

Karine,
Nice shot of this fine architecture. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and detail. The people give the shot a sense of scale as well as adding life to the scene. Maybe if you had backed up a few steps you could have included the people in the foreground without cutting off their bodies.

Celle-ci a des couleurs de folie ! Quel bleu ! La netteté est impeccable et permet d'apprécier les détails de la façade...
Ca a l'air de ne pas rigoler les églises romaines... mais qu'est-ce qui passe dans leur tête pour que le short-débardeur soit une tenue incorrecte ??? Grrr... ça m'énerve... bref...
En tous cas, une bien jolie prise !

Hello Karine,

Tu as profité d'un ciel fantastique pour ton séjour romain. Il manque peut-être un ou deux nuages afin de peupler le ciel mais j'apprécie ce ciel bleu synonyme de temps stable. La base du batiment semble en pente et cela perturbe la lecture de l'image !

on voit bien cette image dégage de la chaleur, superbe ce ciel limpide, quelle belle uminosité sur l'églis de de belles couleurs, superbe. un cadrage parfait avec les personnage, le porta8il, un très belle compo.
Il faudra que tu retourne sous quater épingules.

nice shot,
with little time at disposal and not knowing the town well the programs jump. next time inform me and I will let you know hidden corners of Rome. Rome living is necessary it on foot to find some wonders to every corner. The photography is very good know the difficulty to photograph this church. In summer the best light is from six at theseven in the morning, when the sun which rises lights up the church. see this version I think that there is a light distortion in the low part of the photography.

mais comment il nous a fait le Bon Dieu qu'ils vont prier?Sûrement pas avec des robes!Ni avec des shorts!Alors,de quoi s'offusquent-ils?
En tout cas,la photo est belle,et pour répeter ce que tout le monde t'a déjà dit,le ciel est bleu à faire pâlir d'envie,la netteté est superbe,le redressement impeccable,etc,etc.....Une fort jolie photo!
