Photographer’s Note
I love Rome. The atmosphere, the smells, the chirping slowly moving crowds, and always it reminds me I am in the 1950's or 60's filming a movie with Antonioni.
I made this look vintage by turning it to sepia, to create my idea of Rome. Of course Italy goes nice by with an Italian singer Eros singing:
Gia' come vedi
io sto ancora in piedi
Perche'
sono umani questi sogni miei
con le mani io li prenderei, si perche'
What is life without a dream to hold?
take my hand and never let me go
It's part of life together
but what future does it hold?
Sono cose della vita
ma la vita poi dov'e'
Cose della vita -Eros Ramazzoti

Ciao Savas,
thanks for the beautiful image of my city, it brings back me in the years, when I was a little boy and the memoirs are in black and white.
