Photographer's Note

hello...Most international trains arrive and depart from Budapest's historic Keleti Pályaudvar, built between 1881 & 1884, one of Europe's classic railway stations. Keleti Pályaudvar simply means east station. It's a fascinating place to people watch and perfectly safe at all times of day or evening too, merely needing the same common sense you'd use in any busy public place.

The Man in Seat 61 says, "...I have a real soft spot for Budapest's bustling Keleti station with its graceful architecture and trains arriving & departing from places like Berlin, Bucharest, Zurich & Belgrade.
