Photographer's Note

Monemvasia is a small rocky island belonging to the town of Gefyra, Peloponnese.
It is about 1 km long and 300 m wide. Once it was naturally connected to the mainland - until the earthquake in 375 AD. Currently, since 1971, it has been connected with the mainland by a 200-meter artificial dam.
The rocky island is visible from a distance, my photo was taken from a moving bus.
