Photographer's Note

Hello fellow wanderers. This is my first visit to this site so i hope you would be lenient with my first attempt.
I was wondering what would be an appropriate "introductory picture". Since my country is Greece it is compulsory to start from here, though I thought that instead of having a representative landscape or landmark let me start with a simple straightforward pic of the most reprecentative colour of my country. The colour of the Agean Archipelago. However this in not a "sea" picture but merely a humble iron coffee table painted deep blue (which is very common practice in the greek islands) and on top a mere Jasmine flower that fallen from the nearby tree. on the top right side is the reflection from the overhunging lamp. I took the picture with my old camera at a vertical potition using soft flash 3 years ago during summer vacations on the island of Folegandros. I hope you like it and i ll be looking forward for your comments. Kostas
