Photographer's Note

At that time on the top of the Sacré Coeur, there were just the sun and the Eiffel tower. It was a pure moment of peace.

John C was surprised (in my former post) I said the sounds of Paris don't reach the top of the Sacré Coeur. I must be more explicit : actually, you just hear the whispers of the city and it seems to come from far away. And that's the point : you expect noises and you here distant whispers. That enhances the silence you think you hear.

Thanks to John, I now find it quite close to the atmosphere I had in Ha Long Bay. That's why I called the compo "The silence of Paris".
