Photographer's Note

Nonza in the Cape Corse peninsula is a village dating back to medieval times. What you see in the picture is the 16th century Eglise Ste-Julie. The picture is taken from the Genoese tower on a rocky crag high above the village. We were lucky it was early in the summer. Later on in the summer it would have been impossible to find a parking in this beautiful village.
