Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken during my hike around my lands. I stopped and walked in Saint Guilhem le Désert for 2 hours, looking for colours, structures and matters.
Here there are 3 interesting traditional objects from Southern France :
- the cobblestones, with grey/blue reflects.
- gutter made with clay, brown or green, sometimes both colours.
- the sundial, also made in clay or plaster.
My eyes was first the chair let there in the street, on the ground there was a bowl with water. My curiosity so was twisted. I took a look inside the shop and there was a placard in which was written "I'm living at my cats house". A little touch of humour is always welcome.
I can't tell about the colours here, maybe old painting walls were still alive behind the veil of the now. But those colours, warm and cold, gave to the picture somekind of joyous spirit.

Amicalement,
Christian
