Funerary statue of Henri II Plantagenêt and Aliénor d'Aquitaine.

The funerary statue XIIth century of Henri II Plantagenêt king of England died at Chinon in 1189, and the funerary statue XIII century of his wife Aliénor d'Aquitaine died at Fontevraud in 1204 in Abbey Church Abbey Fontevraud, the 12th 15th 16th 17th 18th 19th centuries, historical monument since 1840 and a UNESCO world heritage in 2000 with all the cultural site of the Loire Valley.

Funerary statue of Isabelle d'Angoulème of the thirteenth century, the wife of Jean-sans-Terre and mother of Henry III Plantagenêt, who died in 1245 in Fontevraud, and funerary statue of Richard I, Richard Coeur de Lion king of England died in 1199.

FONTEVRAUD-L' ABBEY is a french commune, located in the department of Maine-et-Loire of the area of the Pays de la Loire, populated of 1523 Fontevristes in 2007, distributed out of 14.8 km², that is to say 102.8 hab/km².
