Seing those strange beautifull flowers i decided to post them. But i had to find a good reason to show you just flowers on TE. As i don't know anything about those flowers exepted that they are of the same familly as onions, i decided to give you the french onion soup recipe:
For 4 person (S) 1 kg of onions.
50 butter gr. 10 Cl of white wine
1 liter of ox or poultry bubble
1 thyme small branch
1 sheet of bay-tree
Salt Pepper
-peel and cut finely onions.
-make sweat 10 minutes onions with butter by avoiding colouring.
-thaw with the white wine and to reduce half.
-add the poultry bubble and to salt.
-add thyme, the bay-tree .
-cook with quivering during 40 to 50 minutes.
-add pepper and salt and it's ready to eat! (hope you will understand this poor translation!)
