Photographer's Note

Odense is the third largest city in Denmark and is perhaps best known as the city where the world famous fairytale writer Hans Christian Andersen was born and grew up. Strolling through the old part of the city’s narrow, winding cobblestoned streets lined with old, charming houses gives you a good idea about how life was in Odense during the Middle Ages.
Anderson's house is the yellow one at the bottom of the street. It has been turned into a museum since 1908.
