Photographer's Note

Windows of Škoda's Palace, a late-cubist building on Jungmannova Street in the centre of Prague, one of the few cubist buildings in the city.

It was buit in 1929 for the Škoda Corporation by the famous Czech Architect Pavel Janák (who also built for example the neighbouring Palace Adria and an extension of the Czernin Palace in the Castle District (which now houses the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

Škoda's Palace is presently used by City Hall.
