Thank you very much for viewing.

History of the ZOO:
Pairi Daiza means in ancient Persian "closed garden". It is the oldest appellation ever gave human civilization to the "paradise". Is there a better name for you, dear visitors, to welcome in our extraordinary garden? A garden of 55 hectares, created amid the ruins of the Cistercian Abbey of Cambron and shielded from the outside world by a wall of three kilometers. Come in and forget your worries and let yourself be touched by what you will see. First and foremost, by nature, with its ancient trees, beautiful flowers and lush plants from all over the world. The treasures of architecture and craftsmanship, all authentic, made by men with gold fingers from China, Indonesia, Thailand, ... And do not forget: the 5000 animals who are all here together in harmony.
