Many people came out with their children because of the good weather
It allowed but no stops for picnics or other activities
The police check, and offenders pay 250 Euro, with direct collection

Vivenkapelle is a village in the Belgian province of West Flanders, located on the territory of Damme.
The town has more than 500 inhabitants.
Vivenkapelle has belonged to Damme since 1977, before that it belonged to Sint-Kruis, now a sub-municipality of Bruges.
