In Shewdagon Paya, Yangon. Every night many visiters carry so many candles and there is so fantastic atmosphere. A monk prayed so seriously in front of candle lines at this time. I used 15mm fish-eye lens.

Hello Takero,
You captured a very interesting atmosphere in the Shwedagon pagoda where the only source of light was these many candles. The stupas and statues complement the praying monk perfectly.

Bonjour Takero,

Quelle belle composition dans des conditions très difficiles. On est ébloui par tous ces lampions à l'avant plan et pourtant on voit très bien le moine et les statues en arrière plan.

A serene engaging moment and quite solemn expressions on the monk's face which makes this perhaps tell a story. Nice exposure which has shown some of the bg with just enough gorgeous golden glow from the candle light to make this happen. Delicious shot, Congrats.

Great sharpness for such an evening shot, dear Takero. Fish-eye perspective is really strong here. I like the result. But what makes the image is the stillness of the monk in the middle. Excellent!
