Photographer's Note

Wat That Luang Neua temple is part of a larger site within the famous Pha That Luang Goden Temple Complex. A beautiful Lao architecture and traditional roofing, just as beautiful as it supposed to be. A simple record shot, the lighting was a bit too harsh to my liking.

Setting: 25 mm, 1/100 sec, F16, ISO Raw 200, 0911 hrs & polarised

Workshop1: Perched on the peak of rootop is the large graceful curving ornament called a chofa - hornlike finial which resembles the beak of a bird believed to represent mythical creature Garuda. It's the most distinctive characteristic adding a lot to their overall attractiveness.
