Photographer's Note

This photograph is taken on the Ito seashore located in the east in Izu Peninsula in autumn two years ago. When I'm taking a walk in the sands of the seashore facing the Sagami bay, aged man in the left end of the seashore was sitting on the breakwater, and hanging down the fishing line towards the sea. Probably, he will be aimed at the fish of Sillaginidae(smelt-whitings) or Whitefin trevally(horse trevally). His face got tanned and was red. Occasionally, from the small bay with this breakwater, the boat for fishing went away offshore and had returned. In another breakwater, the one woman was hanging down the fishing line. The seashore of the evening on Sunday of autumn also had few figures. Only the time carried out by passing calmly.
