Photographer’s Note
This 'fruit stall' was in an alley in the Hutong area of Shanghai. Each of the sticks had fruit on it which had been coated in toffee. There were apples (we commonly eat toffee apples in Australia)Cherries, grapes and lychees. The display caught my eye. It was a hand held tourist snap which I feel shows one aspect of the local culture quite well.
No post work done other than cropping. There was a sales lady in the snap but she was back on and I felt it distracted from the fruit tree.
