Photographer's Note
A tailor's shop in Central, Hong Kong. Although located on an upper floor, it was captured at eye level from the city's Central–Mid-Levels escalator and walkway system.
According to Wikipedia:
This system is the longest outdoor covered escalator system in the world. The entire system covers over 800 metres (2,600 feet) in distance and elevates over 135 metres (443 feet) from bottom to top. It was constructed in 1993 to provide a better commute by linking areas within the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island.

Hi Steven,
A nicely framed image with the wall & signage surrounding the window. Good sniping from the escalator. You even have cross hairs on the man at work.
Best regards,
Trevor

I really like this shot Stephen; there is just so much to hold my attention. The tailor is framed both by the tools of his trade and a huge selection of advertising. Very well seen and neatly composed, a great slice of HK daily life.
Super!
Warm regards

Bonjour Stephen,
C'est l'endroit idéal pour se faire fabriquer un habit de qualité sur mesure dans un temps record.En plus la qualité des matériaux est remarquable. C'est plaisant d'espionner quelqu'un au travail.
Bon dimanche

Hello Stephen,
it's very intriguing to see how this straightforward and simple composition offers so much information on daily life in Hong Kong. We learn what's appealing in men's fashion and what references work in advertising. The most important thing is that through the window and its subtle reflections we get an intimate and interesting glimpse of the tailor working. The scene is spontaneous and effective. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great week,
Ourania

Hi Stephen
The title 'Bonham Strand' is very English but when we read further it turns to 'Chinglish'. 'Social media marketing consulting' sounds better, rather than 'Social Enterprise'. But the man is obviously very busy and determined to be successful. Not sure now if it's a computer shop or a tailor? Good sharpness and tfs!
