Photographer's Note

More or less by chance I visited the Cambodian Performing Arts Center on my last day in Phnom Penh where young students were practising the traditional Cambodian Apsara dance.

I very much enjoyed watching these talented students train at the Arts Center instead of seeing the commercial performance with hoards of tourists.

Many of the photos taken at the Arts Center came out too dark and suffered from motion blur because I had forgotten to select a higher ISO setting to counteract the darkness of the room and the need for faster shutter times needed to capture the motion. A few including this one could be salvaged.
