Photographer's Note

Markets are always great places for atmosphere and candid shots. This is an every day sight delving deeper into the colourful rural side street market away from town, is like stepping behind Cambodia’s curtain when local life moves at a mundane pace. This early morning market was just getting themselves for the regular customers when the deals seemed to have started.

I find it interesting to follow human interactions, watch the crowd, observe and steal a moment or two yet it is so refreshing that folk have time to stand and stare as I get to see a less-popular, untouched part of the country that produces the best travel adventures and a real insight into local life.

This is nothing out of the ordinary just how it is....
