Photographer's Note

After weeks of chasing and being chased by elephants all over Africa, i have to admit being in total awe of them. This photo opportunity came at the end of my trip when i visited an elephant shelter outside of Livingstone. Even though the elephant was tame, and the trainer near by, I couldn't help feeling a little tentative getting this close.
