Photographer's Note

It is really impressive to see how people were defending their merchandises. It obviously implies there was the necessity to do it....
Today most people, the about 500 still present in that place, are living thanks to the money of tourism.
The children are the most pressing, but I think it is necessary to give them as much as possible, because the life, in that place, still is incredibly difficult, and, missing that soustain, in a short time, nobody would remain there, with a big damage to the memory of how we, people, are and were.
