Photographer's Note

Un voilier noir sous un ciel nuageux et foncé, ne donne pas beaucoup de couleur à la scène. Lors d'un excursion on ne revient pas deux fois au même endroit et il faut faire avec la température. Une photo prise à la marina de Carthage dont on peut voir le nom sur le voilier.

Hello Emilius,
A nice boat and a nice view, although I would normally expect more colours in a country like Tunisia. But the many grey tones are very attractive.

Le voilier est bien placé dans le cadrage. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails et les couleurs du voilier. Le ciel niuageux donne un bon contraste aux couleurs de l'image. Bonne soirée.

Bonjour Emilius,
Cartago was a reginal super-power some 2000 years ago, rulling the seas from this port - nowadays a commercial harbour, as we see here.
Inspite of the grey sky, and as a tourists the dilema is to take or not( alwats to take a shot), you made the best possible, details are clearly shown.

The grey clouds delivered a particularly calm mood. The quality of picture is very good even it was taken 7 years ago.

nice the view of the dsailing boat,as is moored in the waterfront of the port.The moody sky enhance the dark painting of the boat.

Le ciel était gris mais finalement le contraste est bien rendu avec tous les éléments sombres de ce navire.
