Photographer's Note

The early morning was the best time to cycle through the countryside of Togo and so we left early every morning and rode through villages that woke up while some weird 'yovo's' in strange outfits were passing by.

Bom dia Gerrit

This village seems some places that there are here in my region. Humble houses beside the roads covered by straw, tiles and so on. Very well registered.

I believe riding early in the morning is the best, the heat is more bearable.
For sure the villagers were surprise and maybe wondering about these cycling people passing the quiet road.
It looks like some houses are destroy on the left side...
