Photographer’s Note
While browsing my computer I find this picture. I took it in 2007 while I was in South Africa for few days for a marketing trip. My client organized a trip to a local game park near Kruger national park. They booked me for three days. This picture was taken on the 2nd day in the morning and the venue was called “walking with the lion “. What I understand from the rangers is that this lion cub was rejected from the group due to some physical deformity (actually this lion cub has one extra finger). The ranger collected the cub from the jungle and the dog in the picture raised the cub. She is like mother to this cub. So much unpredictable things happen in this world. – I thought I should share this picture with you all. Hope you will like it.
PS- I didn’t have a good camera with me during that time, I only had a fuji finepix A500 point n shoot camera, but I don’t think camera or picture quality is important to express our thoughts.

Hello Abhijit,
Nice capture of this "mother and child". I don't think the technical quality matters in cases like this. It is the story that is important.
We have a similar situation at home: our dog raised our cat, and the cat often behaves more like a dog than a cat. It is funny to watch. Have a nice day, Dasha
