After showing the return of the fishermen, here is the final stage of the day with the seagulls clean up the beach of what remains after cleaning the fish.Taken on the Sanyang beach,Gambia.

Ciao caro Luciano,

A beautiful photograph of these "scavengers" clearing up the beach after the fishermen! I can just imagine the loud noises which that were making. And those "black-headed gulls" look the very same as those which we have in Britain too - real scavengers.

The light here is beautiful and the gulls are portrayed perfectly and stunningly sharply against the pale sky and sea and the soft colours of the beach. The inclusion of a couple of people at far right is a fine addition to the composition, but what were they doing?

La distance entre la plage et l'horizon donne de la profondeur à la composition. La prise de vue permet de voir l'action des oiseaux qui survolent la plage. La bonne luminosité donne de belles teintes aux couleurs de l'image. Bonne soirée.

sono un amante della natura e puoi quindi facilmente immaginare cosa ne pensi di questa bella cattura.
Hai avuto la fortuna di visitare un paese allo stato ancora quasi vergine, quantomeno fuori delle città e questa ne è la migliore rappresentazione.
Hai colto anche il momento giusto con gli uccelli che scendono a terra e, sarà forse una combinazione, anche le onde sono quelle giuste per remdere perfetta la foto.
L'inclusione degli umani è poi la ciliegina sulla torta.

Ciao Luciano,

A scene that most of us will have experiences, with the flapping of wings and the raucous calls! Seagulls are great opportunists. No wonder they are so successful.

I like how you have conveyed the sense of frantic activity at the scene: birds in the water, birds waddling purposefully, birds landing and many coming in, to join the action. It is nicely sharp, considering all the movement.
The blue sky makes a good backcloth for those in the air.

A good capture of nature's cleaning crew. The gull soaring above those on the ground makes the composition. A nicely lit image with very good colours and pin sharpness.

A great shot of natures feathery vacuum cleaners, I like that this moment is frozen in time with so many of them in active flight. I am really impressed that you captured this so perfectly clear too, normally when I try birds in flight, the images are blurred and unusable. Really nicely done.

excellent image,that shows us how nature,in this case seagulls cares for ecology and clean environment.I really like next to pure photographic aspect of the picture also its environmental dimension.
And seagulls are magnificent subject to photograph.I like especially these two flying in the middle of the shot.You chose great timing to capture the scene.

Chi ha bisogno di pulitori quando abbiamo i gabbiani? Bellissimo questo ciclo di vita. Hai catturato bene la vita quotidiana dei pescatori e gli abitanti della spiaggia. Ottimi i colori e mi piacciono molto il cornice bianco.

Ciao caro Luciano,
mi piace molto la vividezza di questa scena sul bordo del mare e come i tanti gabbiani sono distribuiti nel quadro. Altri vicino, altri lonatno, altri volando ed altri camminando sulla spiaggia, tutti in perfetta nitidezza! Il senso di profondita' ed i colori sono piacevolissimi. Lo spettacolo e' affascinante ma credo che da vicino forse lo sarebbe di meno. Mi piace tantissimo la presenza delle persone nello sfondo che forse puliscono i pesci e consistono dei dettagli nel quadro che appartiene ai gabbiani. Complimenti e grazie!

So these sea birds are survived from fishermen's left over. On the picture, some birds are soaring in the sky, some birds are landing on the beach. It's a great catch.

Great capture of nature in motion! The seagull is the official bird of my home state of Utah, so I'm quite familiar with them....and yes, this is some of what they do best. :)This is a wonderful depiction of daily life, both in nature and human presence...the inclusion of the two people in the distance is the perfect touch to this scene. A wonderful idea to catch this type of moment, and I especially like how you were able to photograph these birds with wings spread in flight. Nice layers of natural color as well. I saw Stephens note, and although I don't know what has transpired, I wish you the best in what I'm assuming is a difficult time. Take good care.

Now we see the cleaners or health officials at work. Often beaches need a good clean up. As long as it is organic, nature will take care, but when it is the pure civilisation garbage, then we have to do it ourselves. Good photo job

These sea gulls eat the rests the fishermen leave after bringing the fishes and other sea products,
They contribute to clean the beach and avoid bad smells of fishes decomposition
