Hi Chris,
A very regal and beautiful portrait of this wonderful bird, and put in a brilliant composition too. The bird looks quite thoughtful sitting there like this. Beautiful depth of field.

Exelent shot of an impressing bird. The blue sky makes a very efficiant contrast to the warm brown nuances of the bird. The sharpness is super. Nice with the eye contact... it's important when doing "portraits" of animals. Good compo too, using the rule of thirds.
