Photographer’s Note
One of the first pictures taken during a trek in the south of the tassili'n'ajjer (Algeria), the Tadrart. Here we are in a "crossroad" of large canyons. I remember I was thinking wandering on Mars at that time, that this landscape seemed gigantic.

Beautiful landscape ... so desolate ... but with activity ... is that an impending dust storm? A bigger photograph would reveal more detail.
