Francisco your friends or you family call you Chico, as Chico Buarque or Chico Mendes, from Brasil? Your name for me sound very Brasilian even i know you are fron Cabo verde Africa, the birthplac of one of may favorites singer in the world Cesaria Evora, I love her voice.
About this picture, for me the daily life is so interesting one of my favorites countries in the world is Portugal I love the country and the poeple is amazing and for me I like all the pictures from Portugal, so this is wonderful for me and I like it really, I like the streets, the houses, the lenguage, the people all is so nice there, and this is a very nice pic and interesting note too.

Default To manatee: Chico o Francisco

1. People don't call me Chico because my father's name is also Francisco and everybody call him Chico. So, to make the difference, with two Franciscos at home, he has been always the Chico and I have been the Francisco.
2. I'm not really from Cabo Verde. I was born in Portugal and I've lived in Portugal most of the time (like now). But I am married to a cabo-verdiana; so, half of my family (that's my wife's side) is from Cabo Verde. In my Intro/Profile at TE (and other sites) I use the Cabo Verde location, because of what I said above, it's my second nation, and because I'm a little fed up with Portugal (politics and other issues).
