Great Royaldevon 2017-10-20 4:09

Hello Gert,

This is a fine scene of the canal with its interesting inclusion of the rafters.
I just love how you have used the hyacinths and tulips to engage the f/g, setting a relaxing tone for the scene.
You have a fine sense of perspective from the converging lines and the repeating posts. (Are they for mooring boats or to keep boats away from the very edge?)
In fact, the whole scene creates a sense of quiet relaxation.

Have a lovely day,
Bev :-)

Default To Royaldevon: mooring

Thank you Bev,
I really don't know if those posts are for mooring or for protecting the side of the canal. Maybe I would have known if I had paid more attention at that moment, but I was more anxious to capture the raft before it got too far away.
Have a nice weekend,
Gert
