Great Royaldevon 2020-03-05 13:41

Hello Claude,

I have never seen, or heard of this sculpture but it is a very moving piece of art, creating a strong emotional response.
The sight of so many, interdependent, injured men is truly heart wrenching!
Placing them in such an open, social space makes the seem exposed.

Well captured,
Bev 😊

Default Manchester

Hi Claude, no I have not seen the statue but, to be honest, I don't go to Manchester all that often. You probably go much more frequently than I do. Our son lives in Didsbury and we tend to go around there or into the countryside.

KInd regards,
