I see what your getting at. At first the photos look the same, but with an explaination you can see the differences. You are very correct in saying that it is a different moment, its not a double...

It is such a shame about the powerstation (also the one of the dirtiest ones in Britain!!!) but town is still one of the most quaintest places ive been in Britain.

If you have photoshop you can resize it exactly to the pixel size you want. I also think Paintshop pro does it as well.

Thanks for the reply, i just thought it was strange to post it as such a grainy photograph, im sure it would have worked well without, its the reasoning behind it without a note bothered me.
