This is a great shot of these fine ruins. The cat adds a nice touch to the shot. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and DOF.

The lighting is outstanding here with the foreground in shadow and the church spotlighted. The vertical format is nice using the stairs leading the eye through the shot. The people add life as well as a sense of scale for the shot.

The composition is nice but I suggest you to underexpose a little for the next time about -1EV because your measures was setted in the shades on the middle.

This is a nicely composed shot including the overhanging limb and the reeds in the foreground adding depth to the scene. The lighting and colors are fine and the photo has nice sharpness. The angle of the shot gives the shot a sense of direction. The train add a nice splash of color for the shot.

Hallo, Dylan, it is indeed an amazing scene, particularly with the heather still in bloom. I like the way you have chosen to show the top of the rainbow arc just kissing the lowest point of the arc of the skyline.
You say the capture could have been better. It is worth remembering that today's image editing software allows you to make amazing variations on any image to make a picture more like your memory of the scene. For example, I made the workshop picture using auto-enhance in PhotoStudio and then palying around with the settings of the tone adjustment. Your taste would no donbt produce something different from the same captured information!

And, the color balance draws out atmosphere that settles down and is good, I think.
